About Megan

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn next- then you’re in the right place! I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC, and C.C.C.) offering support to children, youth, parents, and adults through the messy, meaningful, and sometimes overwhelming parts of life with care, compassion, and evidence-based guidance. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed, humanistic therapy—meaning our work together is grounded in safety, connection, and respect for your lived experience.

I believe lasting healing begins when people feel truly seen and understood. Whether I’m sitting on the floor with a child at play, walking alongside a teen through emotional challenges, or supporting a parent who feels stretched thin, my goal is always the same: to create a space where you can exhale, feel supported, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.

Counselling, to me, isn’t about fixing or rushing change—it’s about gently building insight, resilience, and practical tools that help you and your family move forward with confidence. Every person and every family is unique, so I take a flexible, collaborative approach, shaping therapy to fit your needs, your pace, and your goals.

It is a true privilege to walk alongside individuals and families as they reconnect with their strengths, deepen their self-understanding, and move toward greater emotional well-being.
